We offer a 30-day return/Exchnage policy from the day your order was delivered on unused and undamaged silver jewellery, provided that:

• Tags remain intact

• Items are returned in their original packaging with certificates, invoices, and any included materials

We ensure the highest Quality inspection before we ship your product so your jewels are always the best quality. If ever you encounter any issue we are always happy to assist.

To request an exchange, email care@ornatejewels.com with your name and order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return/exchange instructions.

3. Seal the jewellery securely in its original box with tags, invoice, and certificates before handing it to the courier.

4. Once received and approved by our quality team, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
