We offer a 30-day return/Exchnage policy from the day your order was delivered on unused and undamaged silver jewellery, provided that:

❌ Personalised, engraved or customised items, silver coins, and products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We ensure the highest Quality inspection before we ship your product so your jewels are always the best quality. If ever you encounter any issue we are always happy to assist.
🎁 Free gifts, if any, must also be returned with the original purchase for a refund to be processed.
To request an exchange, email care@ornatejewels.com with your name and order number. Once approved, we’ll provide return/exchange instructions.

Seal the jewellery securely in its original box with tags, invoice, and certificates before handing it to the courier.

Once received and approved by our quality team, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
⚠️ Items purchased with promotional codes or coupons may be refunded as store credit, at our discretion.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
