30-Day Return Policy (Silver Jewellery)

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for unused and undamaged silver jewellery, provided that:

  • Tags remain intact

  • Items are returned in their original packaging, including certificates, invoices, and any accompanying materials

Personalised, engraved, customised jewellery, silver coins, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All pieces undergo stringent quality checks before dispatch, and our team is always available to assist if any issue arises.
🎁 Free gifts, if included, must also be returned along with the original order for a refund to be processed.

To request an exchange, email care@ornatejewels.com with your name and order number. Once approved, we will share the return/exchange instructions.

  • Jewellery must be securely packaged in its original box

  • Replacements are shipped after inspection and approval

  • A flat $20 AUD exchange shipping fee applies

 


 

How to Return/Exchange a Product?

  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and guide you through the next steps.

  3. Seal and return the jewellery in its original box along with tags, invoice, and certificates.

  4. Once inspected and approved by our quality team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

⚠️ Orders placed using promotional codes or coupons may be refunded as store credit, at our discretion.
⏳ Please allow 10–15 business days for the return to reach us and for refund processing.

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for gold and diamond jewellery, provided that:

  • Tags remain intact.

  • Original certificates and packaging are returned.

  • Jewellery shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

All returned items undergo thorough quality and authenticity checks. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.

 


 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
